Welcome to i-pt!
I started i-pt in 2002 and am based in Bern, Switzerland. A few years later I am thankful to have accomplished a good track-record and of being able to provide high-quality services in the areas of intercultural training and leadership development.
One can best describe the scent of i-pt with the following words: "inspirational, enchanting and with a full bouquet of aromatic spices".

Culture is something that is inherent to us like skin. Cultural behaviour is so automatic that it is difficult to identify and especially to unlearn or, if necessary, learn anew. Culture is the sum of the attitudes and characteristics of a people group. It is a definition of how people live their lives, interpret their experiences and evaluate others.
Cultural diversity can be enriching both privately and in the business arena. However, it can cause friction when these encounters are frequent and/or intense. These challenges are mostly such of intercultural nature.
We therefore wholeheartedly recommend that you make a solid personal and corporate investment to enhance your interculturality.
